The Kini purchase may possibly have somehow involved Wells Fargo bank. Chicago Title Insurance Company issued policy 2216624 16. On the deed, Sandhir's signature tilts much (it's closer to vertical than to horizontal), as does the signature of another person who got the real estate by that deed. Maybe the deed was handed to them sideways to be signing.
By the way, in most places in America, a deed usually is signed by the one who loses the property (for example, the seller). Usually in most places in America, a deed is not signed by the one who gets property (for example, the buyer). In the Kini deed, everyone involved signed. Maybe Maricopa county's signing practice is a little different sometimes. The deed is a warranty deed with right of survivorship. Maybe, in light of the right of survivorship, it seemed like a good idea to have all buyers agree to that right.

Zumwinkel was arrested last year and then resigned from Deutche Post AG. He repaid back taxes of the Euro equivalent of $5.1 million. He confessed to tax evasion. He sequestered 970,000 Euros through a Liechtenstein bank (LGT Group). When his trial opened, he repeated his confession of tax evasion between 2002 and 2006. He described his method of putting money into a Liechtenstein foundation to evade taxes. A German court convicted him of tax evasion. The court suspended a two-year prison sentence but fined him the Euro equivalent of $1.3 million. We are not expert in German law.
